Rouge Coco Shine - Chanel

Per il mio compleanno i miei colleghi mi hanno fatto una bellissima sorpresa: il Rouge Coco Shine di Chanel, nella tonalità n. 54-Boy.
E' davvero splendido: dona grande luce alle labbra senza appesantirle ed è morbido morbido... Si potrebbe anche indossare da solo!


I had a very nice surprise by my colleagues for my birthday: the Rouge Coco Shine by Chanel n. 54-Boy.
It s really amazing: it gives glow to the lips without rendering them too heavy and it is very soft... it could even be weared alone!

Per questo look ho usato la mia nuova palette Mac personalizzata, come annunciato, ed ho provato il nuovo mascara di Benefit, che devo dire mi piace molto, perchè rende effettivamente le ciglia più lunghe.
Ho iniziato con la base mischiando fondotinta e fluido perlato per un aspetto più luminoso. Ho infoltito le ciglia con un marrone matte scuro portandolo verso su. Come base ho applicato un ombretto cremoso dorato, intensificato con uno in polvere dello stesso tono. Ho poi sfumato quello color oliva sull'intensità. Il punto luce è stato lasciato neutro.
Questa volta ho effettuato il contouring e puntato molto sulla base, con illuminante e blush corallo, per un incarnato luminoso. Ho coperto le imperfezioni con un correttore coprente.


For this look I used my new personalized Mac palette, as announced, and tried the new Benefit mascara, that I like a lot, because it really makes the lashes look longer.
I started with the base mixing foundation and pearled fluid for a glowlier aspect. I thickened the lashes with a dark matte brown shadow taking it upwards. As a base I applied a cream golden shadow, intensifying it with a powder one of the same tone. I then blended the olive shadow on the intensity. The brow bone has been left neutral.
This time I did the contouring and focused on the base, with illuminating fluid and coral blush, for a luminous aspect. I covered imperfections with a covering concealer.

Benefit - Girls Meet Pearl

Adoro questa base perlata, soprattutto mischiata al fondotinta HD di Mufe, perchè dona un che di "colorito sano".


I love this pearled base, in particular when mixed to the HD foundation by Mufe, because it gives a hint of "healthy glow".

Aqua Cream - Make Up For Ever

Sono ombretti-blush-rossetti in crema waterproof che io adoro perchè sono altamente pigmentati, a lunga durata e non vanno nelle pieghe. Costituiscono inoltre un'ottima base.
Ma sono molto difficili da stendere: vanno scaldati ed applicati velocemente perchè asciugano in fretta e non possono più essere sfumati.


They are cream waterproof shadows-blushes-lipsticks that I love because they are highly pigmented, long lasting and do not crease. They are also a perfect base.
But they are very difficult to blend: they have to be blended and put very quickly because they get dry very soon and can not be blended any more.

Benefit - High Beam

Lo so non è una novità, ma è il mio illuminante preferito. Lo adoro!
I know that it is not something new, but it is my favourite illuminating pigment. I love it!

E' un illuminante fluido, di un colore piuttosto neutro tendente al rosato. Per pelli più abbronzate c'è anche la versione più dorata chiamata Moon Beam.
Si applica sui punti che si vogliono far risaltare (in particolare l'osso dello zigomo) e si sfuma. Poi si applica sopra il blush o la terra.


It is a fluid illuminating pigment of a neutral pinky color. For tanned skins there is also the golden version called Moon Beam.
It is to be applied on the areas one wants to enhance (in particular the cheekbone) and blend. Then apply the blush or powder.

Il microderma è tornato a brillare - The microdermal has started to shine again

Oggi dopo 2 anni e mezzo ho sostituito il mio microderma alla tempia, perchè il brillantino si era completamente spento a forza di metterci sopra creme e cosmetici.
Ed è tornato a brillare di nuovo!


Today I changed my microdermal on my temple, as the diamond did not shine any more at all because of cosmetics put on.
And it started to shine again!

Era da un sacco che volevo farmi una nuova palette con questi toni, ma nella mia città c'è solo un corner Mac da Coin dove non fanno le palette personalizzate, così ho chiamato i Mac store in giro per l'Italia ed ho scoperto che con 5 Euro ci si può far spedire i prodotti con contrassegno!

Ho ordinato questa palette lunedì sera e stamane mi è già stata consegnata!

Adoro questi colori: un oliva cangiante per le sfumature, un bronzo dorato che può essere usato anche da solo, un vaniglia neutro per i punti luce ed un marrone matte molto scuro per intensificare le ciglia e creare intensità.

It was a long time that I would like to buy a new palette with these colors, but in my city there is just a Mac corner, where it is not possible to have personalized palettes done, so I called Mac stores around Italy and discovered that you can receive your products directly at home with just 5 Euros!

I ordered this palette on Monday evening and this morning it has been delivered to me!

I love these colors: a bright olive for blending, a golden bronze which could be also used alone, a neutral vanilla for brow bones and a very dark matte brown to thicken the lashes and create intensity.

Questo look è piuttosto eccentrico ed estivo, basato sul tone sur tone, in cui l'eyeliner è il protagonista.

Dopo aver infoltito le ciglia, ho applicato l'ombretto acquamarina su tutta la palpebra, sfumandolo a quello senape cangiante sull'intensità e punto luce. Ho poi contornato interamente l'occhio con l'eyeliner verde shimmer, portandolo verso su all'esterno.

Ho applicato il mascara sia sotto che sopra per enfatizzare l'occhio.

This is an eccentric and summer look, based on tone sur tone, where the eyeliner is the protagonist.

After having thickened the lashes, I applied the aquamarine shadow on the lid, blending it with the shimmer mustard one on the intensity and brow bone. I then surrounded the eye with the shimmer green eyeliner, taking it outwards and upwards.

I then applied mascara on both upper and lower lashes.

Questo look è dedicato all'inizio della stagione della vendemmia, quando i colori iniziano a cambiare e farsi meno brillanti e più caldi...
Sulla parte interna della palpebra ho mescolato un verde opaco ad uno brillante, portandolo verso su. L'ho poi sfumato ad un senape brillante al centro. L'intensità è stata evidenziata da un borgogna, sfumato verso l'alto e verso l'esterno. Ho poi utilizzato lo stesso tono in crema per contornare l'occhio. Anche il mascara è dello stesso colore per far risaltare il tutto.


This look is dedicated to the beginning of harvest time, when colors start to change into less bright but warmer ones...
On the inner part of the lid I mixed an opaque green with a bright one, taking it upwards. I then blended it with a shimmer mustard on the central part. The intensity has been enhanced with a borgogna, blended upwards and outwards. I then used the same tone in a creamy version to surround the eye. Even the mascara is of the same color to enhance the whole.

L'occhio è enfatizzato molto dal kajal intorno e all'interno. Il bronzo viene applicato sulla palpebra, mentre il marrone viene sfumato sull'intensità.
